Pan'an is a place where a galaxy of prominent officials, eminent personages, and refined scholars have congregated since antiquity, boasting profound and deep-seated culture heritage. Xiao Tong, also known as Crown Prince Zhao Ming, lived in seclusion in the Dapan Mountain to compose the Selections of Refined Literature; Xu Xun, a famous Daoist priest of the Jin Dynasty, travelled to the Yushan Mountain to help tea farmers make and sell tea; Lu Zai and Lu You, the father and son, who were both prestigious poets of the Song Dynasty, became hermits in the Anwen Mountain, leaving behind a famous line that transcends time and space, "Where hills bend, streams wind and the pathway seems to end; past dark willows and flowers in bloom lies another village".

Pan'an is home to two cultural relics protected at the national level—the Yushan Ancient Tea Plantation and the Juxi Confucius Temple belonging to the Daban Mountain Conversation Area, a national nature reserve for plants. On May 18th, 2019, Pan'an was selected as the "2019 Model County in China".

The planned Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou Expressway and Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou Railway are both under construction and expected to be open to traffic within 2020.

Get off at Xinchang High-speed Railway Station in Shengzhou, and you can arrive at YUCEN VIllA in half an hour by car.

It takes only 6 minutes to drive from Jianshan Station of Jinhua-Taizhou Inter-city Railway to the destination.

With the 600km/h Shanghai-Hangzhou Maglev and 350km/h Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-speed Railway, you can easily get to YUCEN VIllA via Shanghai.

Helicopter shuttle service is also available, with a capacity of 1+1+6 people and a 50-minute trip to Shanghai.
